At Venus Star Resort we always charge a 30% deposit.
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, we will refund 20% of the total invoice.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, we do not refund anything.
You can make a change of date, keeping the deposit as long as you comply with the following conditions:
1- you can only make a change of dates once.
2- You have to communicate it at least 30 days before the check-in of the first reservation.
3- Same conditions as the first booking: same number of days and same price per day of the bungalow, or higher. The total price must be the same or higher.
In case of not being able to come even on the new date, the deposit will not be refunded.
